Well tomorrow my second and last child leaves for college. In an attempt to keep myself busy while she finishes up her packing I decided to try my hand at The Three Muses challenge for next week,
moonstruck. While I am not in love with this I think it is all I can muster today. All images are freebies from various sites.

Download a FREE copy of the Artella eBook, Artella Mae's NEW Altered Ancestors!, a 58-page eBook overflowing with ideas and techniques for using vintage photos in your artwork.

Isn't it great we have art to turn to for diversion? I well remember when my daughter (and my last) spread her wings and left home. I'm not sure I could have come up with something so lighthearted and lovely! (It's nice that you're too anxious to wait until next Wednesday to post it. Maybe you'll have time to do another!)
ReplyDeleteSharon, your "Moonstruck" is fabulous - so joyous and with the perfect song title. (Yes, I agree with Bev that you did well to cheer us up while you are sad to see your daughter leave home).
ReplyDeleteYour picture is too good to miss. Perhaps you could post it again on Wednesday so that everyone will see and enjoy it.
Lovely art Sharon- such wonderful images for dancing in the moonlight!

ReplyDeleteSharon I love your glamorous lady chatting with the Moon. I think she's waiting for the music to begin. Wonderful piece.
