From the Garden

Here is my entry for the Think Monday ATC Challenge. When we bought our home in 1989 my daughter Becca was around 2 years old. My father and I made a flower bed and he and my daughter (pictured here) planted bulbs. They were the first flowers to appear in our new garden. Over the years he gave me many plants including Siberian iris which were his favorite. He had an AMAZING green thumb and passed his love of flowers down to me.

  1. This is so sweet. I love the background but especially the family image with the perfect quote. Definitely one of my favorites!

  3. Sharon, this is really special. What a nice memory. Yes, Photoshop can be really frustrating but it's challenging!!!

  4. Oh how lovely, my Father passed on his love of gardening to me. I often refer back to some of the advice he gave me.
