The textured background for this digital collage is a crocheted doily made by my paternal grandmother. The script is from a postcard sent to a relative when my father was a baby. The "stamp" is the picture on the other side of the postcard. It is the only handwriting I have of my grandfather. The boy on the scooter is of course my Dad and the handsome man on the left is my Dad when he went into the Navy. A rather cool collection of memories.
The script reads "I am sending you a picture of the baby. Shepa"
